Shipping Costs

Glassware Shipping

Customs & Duties

Once your request is received, our customer service team will assist you via email or phone.

Return & Exchange Policy

• Requests made after 7 days of delivery cannot be accepted unless the item has a verified quality defect.
• Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
• Products damaged due to customer mishandling, contamination, improper washing, or incorrect use are not eligible for return or exchange.
• For returns or exchanges due to change of mind (e.g. size, colour), round-trip shipping costs will be charged.
