Return & Exchange Policy
- Requests made after 7 days of delivery cannot be accepted unless the item has a verified quality defect.
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling, contamination, improper washing, or incorrect use are not eligible for return or exchange.
- For returns or exchanges due to change of mind (e.g. size, colour), round-trip shipping costs will be charged.
