Glassware Shipping

Depending on the volume of other items in your order, glassware may also be shipped separately.

Customs & Duties
Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees required by the destination country are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your request is received, our customer service team will assist you via email or phone.

Return & Exchange Policy

• Requests made after 7 days of delivery cannot be accepted unless the item has a verified quality defect.
• Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
• Products damaged due to customer mishandling, contamination, improper washing, or incorrect use are not eligible for return or exchange.
• For returns or exchanges due to change of mind (e.g. size, colour), round-trip shipping costs will be charged.
